Are You Insured?
Yes. We are covered by all required insurances. Copies are available upon request.
How Much Will Your Service Cost?
We will customize a proposal for your company based on the measurements of your facility, how often you desire office cleaning, what types of flooring are in your building, how many restrooms need to be serviced, and other factors unique to your company which gives you the best possible price that fits into your budget.
Do I Have to Sign a Contract?
No. We believe we have to earn your loyalty. You do have to sign an agreement that outlines the services to be provided, frequency, price and payment terms. Either party may discontinue service with a 30 day notice.
What Time Will You Clean?
Our janitorial services staff clean between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. If you have a special situation where that will not be possible, we will work with you to accommodate your needs.
